Hawaii will be the host of 29 nations, 40 surface ships, 3 submarines, 14 national land forces, over 150 aircraft and more than 25,000 personnel for the biennial. Navy and 26 of its partners and allies concluded a final planning conference for this year’s rim of the pacific exercise, the world’s largest maritime exercise that had to be scaled.
